This full body massage includes a foot, face and scalp massage. Bespoke essential oils are combined with soothing massage. My focus will be around areas of discomfort, often around the upper and back and neck but it will also be focussed on helping you to relax deeply. Epecially suited for those who would like to manage or reduce both mental and physical pain and discomfort and for those who suffer from stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Rose Aromatherapy Facial Massage - 60 Minutes @ £45.00

Rose is combined with Sandalwood, and Geranium to create a beautiful and hydrating facial oil. It is lightweight, non greasy and easily absorbed. This relaxing facial treatment includes a neck and shoulder massage. It reduces jaw and facial tension and will leave your skin feeling softer, brighter and healthier. Also helpful for those who have headache and migraine.

Foot Reflexology - 60 Minutes @ £45.00

Using a combination of pressure point work, massage and passive movement for optimum results, this non invasive foot therapy will leave your feet feeling revived and refreshed. It will release tension and relax the whole of your body and mind. Clients say that a full foot treatment feels like having a full body massage.

Rose Facial Oil @ £15.00 (30 mls)

Especially suited for mature skins or sun damaged skin. Ingredients include Rose essential oil, sustainably sourced Sandalwood essential oil and Geranium. This facial oil will help to rejuvenate, plump and soften. It is lightweight and non greasy so easily absorbed by the skin. It smells amazing! Use as a moisturiser or night oil.

A treat for your feet! Foot soak, exfoliation, hard skin removal, cuticle soften/tidy, nail file and shape. Followed by 30 minutes of therapeutic reflexology and foot massage, using healing plant oils to soften and moisturise skin and heal cracks and fissures.
