My name is Rachel and I have been working as a massage therapist, reflexologist and aromatherapist for over 30 years.  Supporting people with my holistic therapies has been my passion and I feel very fortunate to do something I care deeply about.

For the past 13 years I have been offering affordable holistic therapies in Sussex, working with clients from all walks of life who come for relief of pain, relaxation and emotional support during stressful or difficult times.

My Approach

When we experience persistent pain, stress or fatigue it can affect us on all levels - physically, mentally and emotionally. My treatments are always holistic and tailored to the individual. I draw on a combination of:

 

• Massage

• Aromatherapy

• Reflexology

• Relaxation and pain relief techniques.

Aromatherapy and Natural Care

​

As a qualified aromatherapist, I have a particular love of working with essential oils and natural blends. Over the years I have created several aromatherapy oil blends that I use regularly during treatments to enhance healing , incuding my rose facial oil, which many clients now enjoy using at home as part of their own wellbeing routine.

A Moment to Pause and Restore

 

My treatments are slow and unhurried. Focus is on slowing down mentally as well as physically.  I use a  heated massage couch to enhance your massage and aid relaxation by soothing tired muscles and calming the mind from the moment your treatment begins.

My aim is to provide treatments that feel safe, supportive and genuinely nurturing.  Whether you are seeking relief from physical or mental tension, help with persistent aches and pains, or simply a deeply relaxing experience, you are very welcome at Bliss Holistics.

I became vegan in 1981, so naturally all my treatments and products are suitable for vegans.

​

I am fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate.
